Description: NOTICE TO PROPOSERS The Board of Trustees of the Natick Affordable Housing Trust, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the Trust”) invites the submission of sealed proposals for the disposition by sale and development of a parcel held by the Trust, located at 246 North Main Street, Natick, Massachusetts.   The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) may be obtained from the Procurement Office by emailing For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. between 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. local time, Monday through Thursday, and between 8:30 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. (noon) local time, Friday, beginning on March 26, 2025. Please do not request outside of these hours. Please do not request documents prior to that time. Sealed Proposals, contained in sealed envelopes marked “RFP: Disposition and Development of the North Main Street Parcel” will be received until 9:00 A.M. local time, May 1, 2025, by the Natick Procurement Office, 75 West Street, Natick, MA. Proposal opening will be viewable online, via the ZOOM platform, at the following address: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83257791993 .  All Proposals shall comply with the RFP issued by the Trust including, without limitation, the Proposal Submission Requirements. The Trust reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Proposals in the best interest of the Trust. Any Proposal submitted will be binding for sixty (60) days subsequent to the deadline date for receipt of sealed Proposals.
