Project Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS O.R.C. 307.87 – Road Resurfacing

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Muskingum County, at their office in the Courthouse, 401 Main Street, Zanesville, Ohio, until 9:30 A.M. on May 15, 2025, and will be opened immediately thereafter for the resurfacing of various roads within Muskingum County. Bidders shall be required to submit a current Ohio Dept. of Transportation Certification of Qualifications, which shows they are currently qualified to perform road resurfacing work.
