The Town of Fairfield (Town) on behalf of the Fairfield Police Department is seeking competitive bids from qualified Contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, and permits required to complete the interior renovation of the 2nd floor and approximately 50% of the 1st floor of the building located at 100 Reef Road, Fairfield, Connecticut.
