A non-mandatory secondary site visit will be held on April 29, 2026 at 1:00 PM local time at New Century Air Center WWTF.

Scope of Work

The work consists of the following:

• Construction of new DAFT Building and Equipment

• Construction of new Equalization Basin, Intermediate Pumping Station, Valve Vault, Pumps, and Equipment

• Conversion of existing DAFT to TWAS Storage Tank #3

• Construction of new Sludge Loadout Station

• Construction of new Electrical Building and Equipment

• Installation of new Odor Control System and Equipment

• Plant Piping and Valve Replacement

• Influent Sanitary Sewer Piping Replacement

• Motor Control Center Replacement
