Purpose: The City of Grand Junction, Colorado, is soliciting competitive proposalsfrom qualified professional engineering consultants to provide engineering servicesfor the evaluation, design, and development of a replacement sanitary sewer liftstation and associated force main for the Grand Valley Byproducts Lift Station.The selected Consultant will apply professional judgment, technical expertise, andindustry best practices to evaluate alternative sites, develop conceptual site plansand opinions of probable cost, and support property acquisition, with the intent ofadvancing the project toward final design, permitting, bidding, and construction.Section 4.0 of this solicitation describes the project objectives, service deliveryexpectations, and technical requirements (Scope of Services).
