REQUEST FOR BIDS Marquette County Forestry Commission Resource Management/Development Department 234 W. Baraga Avenue, Marquette, Michigan 49855 DUE DATE: Wednesday, june 4, 2025 by 2:00 p.m. local time

2025 Reforestation The Marquette County Forestry Commission is requesting bids from qualified firms for the reforestation of approximately 56 acres of land in the Marquette County Forest. Project specifications and a sample contract are available at www.mqtco.org and at the Marquette County Resource Management/ Development Department Office, 234 W. Baraga Avenue, Marquette, Michigan 49855; phone (906) 225-8196. Bids will be accepted until June 4, 2025 3:45 p.m., at the above office or electronically to eleach@mqtco.org . Scope of Project: Disc trenching on approximately 56 acres of land for site preparation. Seedling procurement, transportation, and storage for 27,775 containerized red pine seedlings and 3,025 containerized white pine seedlings.
