Bid Title:	Pavement Management & Utility Upgrades – NE 24th St

Description: Construction of approximately 6,200 feet of water pipe (4"-12" in diameter), 2,100 feet of sanitary sewer pipe (6"-10" in diameter), and 600 feet of storm pipe (12" in diameter); repaving and restriping of approximately 3 lane-miles of roadway; and upgrade to existing curb ramps to meet ADA standards. Work includes, but not limited to, installation of piping, fire hydrants, water meters, manholes, catch basins, side sewers, sidewalks, curb ramps, paving, and other work necessary to complete the project.  Engineer’s Estimate for this work is $8,000,000 to $10,200,000.
