NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Marshall County Board of Supervisors will receive sealed and marked bids in the office of the County Administrator, Post Office Box 219, 111 South Market Street, Holly Springs, Mississippi 38635, or bids may be submitted electronically at www.centralbidding.com until 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 2, 2025 and thereafter will publicly be opened for TWO (2) new–current model 2024 or newer Full Size AWD SUV Special Service Vehicles.  Specifications will be on file in the county administrator’s office.

All bidders shall be precisely clear as to the specifications of their product.

Envelopes containing bids must be sealed and marked on the outside lower left hand corner:  Bid for Special Service Vehicle, September 2, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all formalities in the best interest of the County.
