Project Description: ITB 24-032: Bid Opportunity for Surplus Equipment Sale:
Complete the Pricing Section of this Invitation to Bid, sign and return it to ICN by November 7, 2024 at 3:00PM. Bids will be accepted by hand delivery, electronic mail or fax. Bids must be actually received by the ICN by 3:00 p.m. central time in order to be considered. Bids received after 3:00 p.m. central time will be rejected.
Bids will remain confidential subject to Iowa Code Section 72.3 until the responses have been evaluated. The bids will be available for inspection subject to Iowa Code Chapter 22 after the/an award has been made.
