The successful offeror must ensure that all employee and dependent information is maintained in strict confidence and handled in accordance with all applicable state and federal requirements, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Background

The City’s Employee Assistance Program is a long-standing resource serving roughly 1,150 benefits-eligible employees and their families. Program utilization averaged 6.1% for plan year 2023-2024 and 4.9% for plan year 2024-2025.
