Description: LEGAL NOTICE Invitation for Bids Town of Acton, MA Acton Dog Park Construction 12-19-2024 - 1120 Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, § 39M the Town of Acton, by and through its Town Manager, invites sealed bids from qualified vendors for the Acton Dog Park Construction, located at 348 Main Street.  The project will include clearing of current property, installation of chain link fencing, installation various agility amenities for dogs, concrete and paving work, and park construction. All bids shall be submitted online at www.projectdog.com . Hard copy bids will not be accepted by ProjectDog Inc. or by the Awarding Authority.  Bid Documents will be available online at www.projectdog.com after 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, Project Code 865651.
