Description: COUNTY OF MOORE INFORMAL BID 2025-01 DIGITAL MESSAGING SIGN – HEALTH DEPARTMENT PURSUANT to Section 143-131 of the General Statutes of North Carolina SEALED bids for, “Informal Bid 2025-01 Digital Messaging Sign – Health Department” may be furnished to the County of Moore, Attn: Terra Vuncannon at 1 Courthouse Square, Carthage, NC 28327 until 4:00 pm Wednesday, October 30, 2024. A Mandatory Pre-Bid will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 705 Pinehurst Ave., Carthage, NC 28327. The intent of the County is to purchase a digital messaging sign for the Moore County Health Department facility.  Federal funds are utilized for this project and applicable Federal laws, policies, and standards must apply for all aspects of this project.  Instructions for submitting quotes and complete specifications for the services desired may be obtained at the above address during regular office hours or by the link below.  The County of Moore reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
