General Notice:

The City of Pascagoula (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

RAILROAD AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS – DEPOT COURTYARD, PARKING & GREENSPACE

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City Clerk of Pascagoula, Mississippi located at 603 Watts Avenue, Pascagoula, Mississippi 39567,
until Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time and will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

This scope of this project shall include the construction of a new train depot courtyard along Railroad Avenue. The work will include the installation of curb and gutter, asphalt, sidewalks, stamped concrete, pipe bollards, stormwater inlets, stormwater pipes, and additional appurtenances.

In addition, the project includes the construction of a new parking lot and green space on the corner of Frederic St. and Railroad Ave. Work associated with this portion of the project will include the installation of concrete curb and gutter, asphalt, sidewalks, and related appurtenances.

Bids are requested for the following Contract: RAILROAD AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS – DEPOT COURTYARD, PARKING & GREENSPACE

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders must register with the designated website as a plan holder. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. All bid documents must be purchased through the website. The cost of bid documents is non-refundable.
