The City is seeking qualified construction teams that can perform all aspects of the retrofit project including excavation, traffic control, site maintenance, tree removal, landscaping, installation of subsurface stormwater infiltration systems, installation of subsurface infrastructure, installation of curbing, sidewalks, fencing, paving restoration, connecting to existing City subsurface sewage and stormwater infrastructure and all other tasks necessary for a complete project in accordance with the contract documents.
