Project Description: RFB 24-25-41 Annual Contract for Backflow Testing, Repairs, and Maintenance Services at Various City Owned Locations Deadline: 12/11/25 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is requesting bids for an annual contract for backflow testing, repairs and maintenance services at various city owned locations. The initial contract shall be for twelve (12) month period and shall, at City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. Contractor will be required to comply with DIR requirements including registration with the DIR, payment of prevailing wages, and submission of electronic payrolls. For more information click here .
