Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST, Thursday, January 8, 2025. Bidding Documents may be obtained electronically at no cost by registering for Bid Express through the following link: https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/88473/home A non-mandatory pre-bid Conference will be held virtually on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST. Attendees may join by accessing the link below at the stated date and time: https://events.teams.microsoft.com/event/6f7d571f-9e92-44b1-b35c-8fcc3dc76865@d2b1c167-7795-4a72-b0b0-7bcf15b02ffb Attendance of the in-person Site visit is encouraged but non-mandatory and will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST. The Site visit attendees shall meet at the City Yard, 120 NW 260th St, Newberry, Florida 32669. Questions should be submitted to the Owner through Bid Express only. Questions will be accepted through Monday, December 1, 2025, 11:59 PM EST. Bids will be opened and read aloud at a virtual Public Bid Opening on January 8, 2026, at 2:15 PM EST. All members of the public may attend the Public Bid Opening Workshop.
