Contract Number 24P286

The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals for a mechanical contractor that can provide

qualified Journeyman service technicians on an as-needed basis over a 5-year contract terms

for the repairs, maintenance, replacement, and modifications of existing mechanical equipment

systems at the Council’s central office building located at 390 Robert Street location in St. Paul,

MN. The anticipated schedule for this procurement is as follows:

An In-Person Site Visit will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 10:30 AM at the Council’s

regional office located at 390 Robert St. N., St. Paul, MN 55101. The Project Manager and RFP

Administrator will be in the lobby to facilitate check-in.
