Contract summary

An optional pre-bid conference will be held for this project for the purpose of familiarizing the bidders with the existing conditions of the inside of the structure to be removed on the project. The pre-bid conference will begin at 11:00 AM on Wednesday June 24th, 2026, at the property of 17 E Central St. This will be the only opportunity bidders will have to view the inside of the structure prior to the bid opening.
Requires removal of structures and obstructions, erosion control and water pollution prevention, high visibility fence, project temporary traffic control, FA- site cleanup of biological and physical hazards and other work. Involves 11 items and 5 working days. Work class 13, demolition.
