Qualifications: Pre-qualification applications must be received by the Architect by Friday, March 21, 2025, at 1:00 pm CST. No further requests will be considered after this date and time. Special Requirements: Contractors must pre-qualify with the Architect and have a representative attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting to be eligible to bid.
