Description: The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of qualified consultants to establish one or more fixed fees, open-ended contracts for planning and zoning services in support of the County of Loudoun (County), Virginia, Department of Planning and Zoning (DPZ). This RFP requests professional consultant services in support of the planning and zoning initiatives and other special projects identified on DPZ’s work plan and non-project-based contract staff support for routine planning- and zoning-related tasks on an “as needed” basis for a one (1) year period with up to three (3) one-year renewal options. The number of contracts will depend on the number and quality of the proposals received with a maximum of two (2) contracts being awarded.
