Notes	The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for the purchase of corrugated metal pipe.  Complete specifications and requirements are provided in the Line Item portion of the bid.  The submitted bid shall include any costs associated with the purchase and delivery of the equipment.  All relevant parts or features generally considered standards for the equipment shall also be included in bid amount. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit their bid with all required documents through the City's Ionwave procurement system by the designated date and time of Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 4:00 PM(ET). Bidders are encouraged to present questions for clarification through the Ionwave portal.  All questions must be submitted via Ionwave by Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 4:00 PM(ET). Submission of a bid shall constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms, conditions, and requirements contained herein.  The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value and other factors considered.  The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
