Outside of envelope should be marked: “BID ON POLICE PACKAGE PARTS FOR THREE (3) SHERIFF’S Office VEHICLES ” Bid forms, specifications and instructions may be obtained at the Office of Judge Darryl Mahoney located at 501 Ouachita Avenue, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bids received, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bid or bids, which, in the opinion of the County Judge, may be in the best interest of the County.
