NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract ABB VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE
26-053-FM on or before July 2, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at steven.pasko@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile ("Fax") will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK
DuPage County (“County”) Facilities Management is seeking bids to furnish and deliver one (1) new ABB ACH580-BCR 156A-4 packaged HVAC variable frequency drive for the County Power Plant. The awarded bidder shall ship F.O.B Destination to the DuPage County Power Plant located at 410 N. County Farm Wood, Wheaton, IL 60187. The County shall accept no substitutions. Awarded bidder shall provide a factory standard warranty.
