Scope of Services
The City of Oviedo, Florida is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions for a non-bank qualified, tax-exempt bank loan. The proceeds of the loan will be used, along with other available funds of the City to (a) provide funding for capital improvements to the City’s stormwater utility system and (b) fund the cost of issuance associated with the loan.
