PARK CUSTODIAL SERVICES
CITY OF WEST DES MOINESThe City of West Des Moines, Iowa, is seeking qualified contractors to provide Park Custodial Services for restrooms, shelters, trails, athletic complexes, and other park facilities throughout the City’s park system.All proposals must be submitted electronically through the City’s IonWave e-bidding system at: https://wdm.ionwave.net. Paper or emailed proposals will not be accepted.Proposal Closing: 2:00 p.m., local time, Wednesday, January 21, 2026.Proposal Title: Park Custodial ServicesSpecifications, scope, and submittal requirements are available online at the City’s IonWave portal.The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, and award in the best interest of the City.Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to:

Meet at: Raccoon River Park – Nature Lodge, 2400 Grand Avenue, West Des Moines, IA. This is the only scheduled walkthrough. Contractors must attend in order to submit a proposal.
