Roosevelt Elementary School District, #66 is issuing this RFQ seeking Statement of Qualifications for Renovations at Maxine Bush Elementary . This will be funded using District Funds , Bond Funds . Roosevelt Elementary School District, #66 is located in Maricopa County. The Design Team is currently in the selection process and the outcome is unknown. Background

Maxine O Bush Elementary closed in May of 2025. It is to reopen for the FY 26-27 School Year as a PreK-2 Magnet School.
