Notice of Request for Proposals (RFP) for

METRO H Line Engineering & Construction Administration

Contract Number 26P009

The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to complete

construction-ready plans and specifications, as well as supporting construction administration,

for approximately 45 stations typically consisting of two directional platforms. The intent of the

Council is to award one (1) professional services contract, with the services being provided over

a five-year period.
