NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Greene County,

Ohio, 35 Greene Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385, until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 16, 2025, for

the Greene County Water Plant Headworks Project No. 2505WA, for the Greene County Sanitary

Engineering Department. At such time the bids will be opened and read aloud. All bids shall be

submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Instructions to Bidders. This legal

advertisement is also published on the Greene County Board of County Commissioners website,

http://www.greenecountyohio.gov/bids.aspx.

This project includes the installation and connection of approximately 100 linear feet of

A non-mandatory Prebid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 9,

2025, at 1122 Beaver Valley Rd, Beavercreek, OH 45434.

ENGINEER’S ESTIMATE – $200,000

or if submitted via hard copy the Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as “Greene

Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any

irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County.
