Notes	The Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is not awarding a Contract. LISD is asking for qualifications for vendors to be eligible for inclusion on approved broker/dealer listings. The Lewisville Independent School District, hereinafter referred to as "the District", in compliance with Government Code 2256 Public Funds Investment is seeking Broker/Dealer Services from qualified vendors who have expertise in securing investments in accordance with the Public Funds Investment Act, The Public Collateral Act, and other applicable federal and state laws. The District utilizes the services of Total Compensation Group Investment Advisory Services, LP (TCG) for its investment advisor services. TCG may review RFQ responses and advise administration on the execution of investment selections. The District's current depository is Wells Fargo. District financial records are maintained by the District - Skyward Administrative Software System. The District's financial information may be obtained on the District's website on the District Finance page . Missing or incomplete response information will have a negative impact on vendor evaluations. RFQ respondents shall be qualified at the District's discretion, multiple respondents supplying comparable products or services may be qualified, The District's decision to qualify multiple vendors or a single vendor will be based upon the District's sole discretion regarding the type of qualifications that provide best value to the District. The initial term of this RFQ shall be from April 2025 - April 2027. Dependent on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees, there will be three successive renewal options, each consisting of a two year term. Tentative Second Term - Renewal Option: April 2027 - April 2029 Tentative Third and Final Term - Renewal Option: April 2029 - April 2031 Tentative Fourth and Final Term - Renewal Option: April 2031 - April 2033
