Description: TOWN OF CHATHAM REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) DESIGNER SERVICES - AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) TRANSITION PLAN IMPLEMENTATION Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 7C, Sections 44-58, the Town of Chatham is soliciting Requests for Qualifications from qualified design firms registered in Massachusetts to provide professional designer services for selected renovation and construction projects to implement identified action items in the Town’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan. The proposal guidelines may be obtained at the Chatham Town Hall, 549 Main Street, Chatham, MA, 02633, Monday through Friday, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., or by email at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. The Town reserves the right to reject all proposals or parts of proposals; to waive any defects, informalities and minor irregularities; to accept exceptions to these specifications; to award contracts or to cancel this Request for Qualifications if deemed in the best interest of the Town.
