Description: The Town of Apex (“Town”) will accept proposals until 2:00 pm local time on 10/8/2025,  This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is for Computer Aided Dispatch, Mobile Data System, Law Enforcement Records Management System software, hardware, and services. Copies of this RFP may be obtained on the Cities website, www.apexnc.org, where Proposers may review and download this RFP. Pre-Proposal Meeting: Pre-Proposal Meeting will be on 8/6/2025 at 11:00 am local time. Proposals received after the 2:00 PM EST on 10/8/2025 will not be accepted. Proposals submitted in any format other than via email, including but not limited to hard copy (mailed or hand-delivered), facsimile, will not be accepted or considered. Miscellaneous: Offerors should carefully examine the specifications and fully inform themselves of all conditions and matters affecting the equipment/materials/service or cost thereof. Should an offeror find discrepancies in or omissions from the specifications or request for proposal, he/she shall send an email to toarfp@apexnc.org. The deadline for submission of contractor questions is 5:00 pm local time on 9/17/2025. The last date for the Town to provide answers to questions is 2:00 pm local time on 9/24/2025. All appropriately submitted questions will be answered in writing on the www.apexnc.org.
