NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Township of Montgomery on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 11:00 AM local prevailing time in the Montgomery Township Meeting Hall, Room 118A, 100 Community Drive , Skillman NJ 08558 at which time bids will be opened and read in public for:

2025 INLET, MANHOLE, CURB REPAIRS, AND ADA RAMPS

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The  Township of Montgomery is accepting bids  for the BID B07-2025: 2025 INLET, MANHOLE, CURB REPAIRS, AND ADA RAMPS project which includes storm sewer inlet repairs, manhole repairs, pipe work, casting replacement and grate/curb piece retrofitting, sidewalk replacement, ADA pedestrian ramp construction, curb work, pavement removal (by milling or other mechanical means) and replacement, temporary traffic control, and associated work in three (3) neighborhoods: 1) Belle Glades Lane (Sleepy Hollow Lane to Red Oak Way), Knickerbocker Drive, Tarrytown Terrace, Whispering Lane; 2) Revere Road, Ellis Drive, Bunker Drive; 3) Covenhoven Road, Daisy Court, Schoolhouse Corner Road, Wild Azalea.   This work is in preparation for repaving so the work must be completed within 30 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed or by Friday, September 19, 2025, whichever is earlier.
