The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Behavioral Health Services (BHS) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms with experience/expertise as a Consultant in Grant Writing and Proposal Development. After selecting the successful proposer, BHS will negotiate a Professional Services agreement to provide services in 2026.
