Event Description

Dakota State University is soliciting proposals from qualified security systems integrators for the supply, installation, and commissioning of security equipment for a new construction office building located at 3040 N. Martindale Road, Sioux Falls, SD. The facility spans approximately 100,000 square feet and includes three floors, gated parking, and multiple tenant spaces.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

• Building Size: 100,000 square feet

• Project Type: New construction

• Location: 3040 N. Martindale Road, Sioux Falls, SD.

• Completion Date: August 2026

• Project Scope: The scope includes design review, supply, installation, and commissioning of security systems for the building. Systems to be installed include:

o Security Management Suite

o Access Control

o Video Surveillance

o Intercom and Communication Systems

Dakota State University will respond to offeror’s inquiries (if required) via e-mail. In addition, all inquiries and the State’s response will be posted on the state’s e-procurement system. Offerors will be notified in the same manner as indicated above regarding any modifications to this RFP.
