REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Abatement and Demolition of Residential Structures

Flushing Township is requesting proposals for building abatement and demolition at two (2) residential properties located at 10221 and 10237 W Coldwater Road in Flushing Township. Proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m. (ET), Thursday, April17, 2025 by email to Frederick Thorsby, Supervisor at supervisor@flushingtwp.org . A pre-demolition hazard survey has been completed for both projects. Any hazardous materials are identified in attached reports:

The above referenced project is a federally funded activity authorized under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974.
