Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF ST. JOSEPH, MO NEWSLETTER PRINTING AND DELIVERY SERVICES BID # RFP2026-04 The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals for printing and delivery service of a City newsletter publication twice per year, in the Fall and Spring, with the first edition to occur in the Fall 2025. Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph until 3:00 P.M. on September 12, 2025. Bid Opportunities may be viewed on the City’s Website at www.stjosephmo.gov under Government/Bids & RFPs. The proposal request may also be obtained from the Purchasing Department, 1100 Frederick Avenue, Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri or by calling (816) 271-5330.
