Description: REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROGRESSIVE DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES RFQ-26-006 WASTEWATER ADMINISTRATION BUILDING PROJECT The City of Lewiston, Idaho is accepting sealed Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from design-build firms to design and construct a Wastewater administration building. The full Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) document is available on the City's website, www.cityoflewiston.org under "Quick Links Bid/RFP/RFQ Opportunities." Responses will be accepted until 2:00 PM (PT) on March 31, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-submittal site visit will begin at 10:00 AM (PT) on March 3, 2026, at 900 7th Avenue N., Lewiston, ID 83501. For those that cannot attend in person, a video conference will be available.
