DescriptionPROJECT TITLE: FY26: NRM (PROJ: 548-23-112) BB Upgrade Exterior Signage and Wayfinding
CONTRACT TYPE: Bid Build (BB), Firm Fixed Price
PROJECT SUMMARY: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary for the following work: Bid-Build project that includes directional wayfinding and identify buildings, parking garages, parking lots, vehicle routes, pedestrian routes and all areas of interest. This includes campus perimeter / entry points, new or upgraded monument and/or marquee signs and parking garage signage. Project is located at the Thomas H. Corey VA Medical Center, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL, 33410.
Period of performance is 270 days.
MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000
