Description: ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals for the construction of Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Phase IV-B will be received by The City of Pelham, Alabama (Owner) in the DSPW City Hall Conference Room in Pelham, Alabama at 3162 Pelham Parkway until 2:00 p.m., the prevailing time, on July 30th, 2026 or by mailing to Post Office Box 1479, Pelham, Alabama 35124 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. The bid is comprised of the following principal items and approximate quantities: • ± 56,000 LF of Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) • 220 Vertical Feet of Manhole Rehab with Epoxy Liner • Miscellaneous Point Repairs of Various Sizes and Depths • Miscellaneous Repairs Including Manhole Height Adjustments, Manhole Frame and Cover Replacements, Easement Clearing, and Other Items. Plans and Specifications may be inspected at the Water Works of the City of Pelham, AL and will be made available to prospective bidders via Alabama Graphics Digital Planroom. Digital downloads and printed copies are available for purchase through Alabama Graphics, www.algraphics.com , (205 252-8505). Documents will be available for viewing at https://www.algraphicsplanroom.com . Bidders, subcontractors, suppliers, and Bond Agents should be familiar with this code. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty days from the date set for receiving the same. There will not be a Pre-Bid Conference for this Project.
