Title: High School Mathematics Instructional Materials Adoption for Pre-Calculus/Trigonometry, AP Calculus, and AP Statistics

Scope of Work/Services:

WCSD is soliciting formal proposals from qualified firms whose instructional materials have been approved for adoption by the Nevada State Board of Education (NDE) for comprehensive high school Pre-Calculus/Trigonometry, AP Calculus, and AP Statistics, which will serve as a basis of core instruction.

** If Proposers intend to submit updated copyrights of Nevada Department of Education (NDE)-approved materials with their proposal, those materials must be approved by the NDE no later than February 26, 2026. Updated copyrights must be included in the proposal submission and received by the submission Due Date/Time to be considered for evaluation and award. **

** If Proposers have already submitted samples for Pre-Calculus/Trigonometry, AP Calculus, and/or AP Statistics in response to RFP #56-P-10-26-MS and would like for those samples to be considered for this RFP then no additional samples will be required. If Proposers would like to submit new or additional samples to be considered for this RFP #85-P-01-26-MS, then those must be received no later than 2:00 pm (local time) on February 6, 2026. **

** Proposers are to email Solicitations@washoeschools.net with their choice to have WCSD keep the previously received samples or if new/additional samples will be submitted. **
