Project Description: General Description: DFW Airport is seeking to identify a contractor who will implement high-impact and meaningful customer-facing activations, performances and events to enhance the overall customer experience. In addition, the contractor will support employee engagement by helping unify the workforce around the customer journey, providing front-line employee recognition, and strengthening the airport employee community.
Contract Term: Five (5)-year period.
Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Goal: Goal for this contract is 20%.
Applicable Laws: This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Title 8, Subtitle A, Chapter 252 and/or Government Code 2254, as applicable.
