Work under this Contract shall be assigned by the Borough via issuance of individual Work Orders for specified tasks and/or projects, as necessary. The Contract is intended to be in effect for a duration of three (3) years, with the potential for renewal for up to two (2) additional one-year terms.
Bids will be received online via PennBid until 11:00 a.m. (prevailing time) on Thursday, June 25, 2026. Bid results will be made available on PennBid after bid opening and review by Owner.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 15, 2026 at the Borough of Catasauqua’s Municipal Building (90 Bridge Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032). A site tour of the Borough’s existing wastewater treatment plant and water treatment facility may follow the pre-bid meeting, if needed.

The bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to the Owner in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions.
