Description:

The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for Deuel Street - Education Ave. to Acoma Ave. Civil Infrastructure Project until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on December 12, 2024 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. Please review the complete Invitation to Bid in the Related Documents section below.

Project Summary and Bid Document Information: This project generally consists of construction of a new local roadway, the installation o water and sanitary sewer mains, and other ancillary improvements to provide a connecting street from Education Avenue to Acoma Avenue east of the Fort Morgan Middle School.  This street will also provide access for a future phase of residential development in the adjacent Bijou Subdivision.

Pre-Bid Meeting:  A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, November 25, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at Planning and Zoning offices located at 110 Sherman St., Fort Morgan.  All prospective bidders must attend this pre-bid meeting in order for the City to accept their bid.
