Furthermore, for units requiring occupant permission (such as Task 5 Residences), the state will not be billed for any unit the vendor is unable to access and service during their scheduled visit. * The vendor must provide and maintain a current binder of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals and baits used on the property. This binder must be kept on-site, readily accessible to park management, and updated immediately by the vendor whenever a new product is introduced.
