BackgroundThis project is being undertaken by the Sanford Airport Authority to expand and enhance critical utility infrastructure at and around Orlando Sanford International Airport. The work includes the installation of potable water and wastewater systems designed to support existing residential, commercial, and industrial development within the surrounding area.
In addition to addressing current service needs, the proposed improvements are intended to accommodate and stimulate future growth. The extension of utility infrastructure along Beardall Avenue and Moores Station Road will help enable planned aviation and non-aviation development, supporting long-term economic expansion and operational capacity in the airport’s vicinity.
