Proposals will be received until October 22 nd , 2024 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Chief Procurement Officer, City Hall, 718 Main Street, Suite 208, Fitchburg, MA. This is not a public opening. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, and any resulting contract will be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional proposals. The City reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the specifications.
