Description: Invitation to Bid The Kodiak Island Borough will receive sealed bids until 2:00pm (local time) May 12, 2026.  for Annex Building Underground Storage Tank (UST) Removal, Kodiak, Alaska. All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work: The contractor shall remove the underground storage tank located next to the Annex Building, along with associated mechanical and civil work per Exhibit A (Drawings). A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00am (local time), April 28, 2026, in-person at the KIB Conference Room (121), 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, AK 99615, or via Microsoft Teams. All interested bidders are encouraged to submit a bidders registration form prior to the pre-bid conference to ensure receipt of notifications. Only registered bidders will receive a link to the Teams meeting a day prior to the pre-bid conference.
