On Demand Microtransit and Other Innovative Mobility Services

RFP 25-039781PP

The UTAH TRANSIT AUTHORITY (UTA) is requesting proposals (RFP) from responsive and

responsible qualified firms to propose an IDIQ Master Service Agreement(s) in Pool

Arrangements with Not-to-Exceed Service Orders. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in

the award of multiple contracts. Proposals are due Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 2:00 pm

MST, uploaded to Bonfire.
