NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed proposals will be received at the Township Building, 2400 Byberry Road, Bensalem, PA 19020, until 2:00 PM on March 19, 2025. The bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM, same day, for the following:

Specifications, bid proposal forms, contract form and instructions to bidders may be obtained at the Bensalem Township Building, 2400 Byberry Road, Bensalem, PA 19020 between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.? Questions should be directed to the Township Engineer.

The successful Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap.

Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked on the outside “BID PROPOSAL FOR 2025 CONCRETE SIDEWALK & CURB INSTALLATION & REPLACEMENT PROJECT”.

Bensalem Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, or take such action as it may deem to be in the best interest of the Township and as may be permitted by law.
