Overview

Summary

San Benito County is requesting quotes from interested certified and licensed bidders for the repair of a leaning street light pole located at Riverview Estates I (CSA 53) as shown in Exhibit A. The scope of work and other details of the project are provided in the attached documents.

Services must begin no later than 30 days after award of the contract or the purchase order is issued.

Background

When submitting the price quote, please add any applicable taxes, fees, and extra charges. Please indicate whether shipping is included or if it will be an additional cost. Provide all relevant terms and conditions applicable to the sale.

Normally, unless stated otherwise, prices should reflect products / services delivered to San Benito County, to the County Department issuing the solicitation. The normal expectation is FOB Destination.

Please Note

• All work to be performed at Prevailing Wage.
• As of April 1, 2015, no contractor or subcontractor may bid or work on a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. Proof of DIR registration and compliance is required to be submitted with all bids. https://www.dir.ca.gov/public-works/PublicWorksSB854.html . Local, Minority and Disabled Veterans Businesses are specifically encouraged to respond.
• At all times during the performance of this contract, the CONTRACTOR shall possess current and valid license(s) and shall comply with all terms and conditions of such license(s).
• At all times during the performance of this contract, the CONTRACTOR shall possess necessary Insurance Coverage.
